Does the EBC work on all computers?
The EBC is compatible to Windows and Mac computers and as you download the information you have captured You can sort it in Excell immediately.


Do I have to register my EBC before using it?
No. When you receive your EBC you can begin to use it immediately. You will want to register your EBC to your on line account as soon as possible though so that people can view your profile, picture and contact information.

Your Information is as safe as Fort Knox.

(Please remember that each EBC comes with it's own unique ID. When you connect only this ID is transferred. It is only after you registered your EBC with your details that your preferred information becomes available.)


What information can be made available?


Your Name.
Company name.
Photo. (Great to have as a memory aid to the conversation you had with the other person)
E-Mail address.
Mailing Address.
Cell Phone Number.
Land line Phone Number
Your Social Networking Profile Details. (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedln, Myspace, etc.)


How is the Connection made between EBC's
Both persons point their EBC's at each other and press the buttons.The effective range between EBC's is within one meter (three feet). At the press of the buttons a red flashing light will appear and then turn to green as soon as the data have been successfully transferred. This happens in a flash!

This is done very effectively with the use of infrared technology.


How many connections can one EBC hold?
Up to 500 connections can be stored on each EBC. When you upload onto your computer the counter is rest, and you can successfully connect with another 500 people!

So connect with your "EBC" as much as you want!


What if you don't want to connect with the other person?


Well to be polite you make the connection and then simply remove his ID from your computer. Quite simple.


What if I loose my EBC? Am I in trouble?
No! Not to worry. Because the EBC does not store personal information, there is no risk. You simply buy a new EBC, register it on line and deactivate the ID of the lost EBC.


What happens when you plug the EBC into your computer?
A program is automatically executed that will launch your internet browser, (So make sure your computer is connected to the intrnet.) You will be asked to log in to your account to view your connections. If this is the first time using your EBC, you will be asked to create a new account with Your own password.


Can I download my EBC's information into Outlook, SalesForce and /or CSV files?
Yes. We created a simple procedure that enables you to download your data into a CSV file, This enables you to open it in Excel, giving you the flexibility to import the data in various applications.


How long will the battery last?
The EBC battery is designed to last for more than 12 months. No battery recharge is needed, If the battery dies, it can easily be replaced.
